For one of the largest game publishers in the world, Promese has set up a modular solution in which unmarketable stock is very rapidly promoted to marketable stock. 

The games publisher was looking for a partner that can really assist in every step of their supply chain.

The problem they were facing was that they had overstocks in several European locations while they had shortages in other European locations. They requiered a partner who could not only ship the goods fast and efficient but could also rework the products. Value added services in combination with inbound and outbound transport.

Upon receipt of the order of the customer, Promese immediately takes action to ship the goods to the fulfillment centre and make sure that all additional material needed arrives simultaneous with the product. In Breda our trained employees make sure that the goods are moved to a secured area within our fulfillment centre for the rework activities which make the product suitable for the new European location. After rework Promese makes sure the goods are shipped to the designated warehouse.

If required Promese can have the reworked product within 4 days in the south of Spain or the north of Europe. Service, quality and efficiency go hand in hand which results in a satisfied customer.
